✓Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in original packaging.

✓A prepaid return label will be provided.
✓Refunds processed within 5 business days of receiving the item.
Services & Treatments
✓Cancellations made at least 12 hours in advance receive full refunds.
✓If dissatisfied with a treatment, contact the salon within 48 hours.
✓The salon will arrange a complimentary correction or discuss a refund option.
