Important guidelines for cancelling and changing treatments.
At Helin Hair we set aside time especially for you. If you are unable to attend your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible.
Cancelling or changing a booking must be done no later than 24 hours before the treatment starts. No fee is charged for a timely cancellation or change.
For cancellations made less than 4 hours before the treatment starts, Helin Hair ApS reserves the right to charge a fee equal to 50% of the price of the booked treatment.
In the event of a no-show without prior cancellation, Helin Hair ApS reserves the right to charge 100% of the price of the booked treatment.
If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, it may be necessary to shorten or cancel the treatment out of consideration for the day’s other bookings.
If the treatment cannot be carried out due to the delay, the appointment may be regarded as a no-show.
If you are unable to attend your appointment, cancellations must be made by telephone directly to the salon where your booking was made.
Cancellations by SMS, email, social media, contact form or other messaging services are not accepted as a valid cancellation. Only a cancellation by telephone is recorded as a timely cancellation.
We ask for your understanding, as we want to be able to offer the freed-up time to another guest as quickly as possible.
In the case of documented illness, accident or other extraordinary circumstances beyond the customer’s control, Helin Hair ApS may, after an individual assessment, choose to waive the fee.
By booking a treatment, the customer accepts this cancellation and no-show policy.
